中药熏蒸疗法在预防下肢静脉血栓中的应用

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine in prevention of lower extremity venous thrombosis. Methods   Totally 100 patients with orthopedic disease in lower limbs were assigned to the treatment group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group adopted simple fumigation therapy and the observation group were given fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine in prevention of lower extremity venous thrombosis. The related indicators of lower extremity venous thrombosis were observed. Results   There was a lower proportion of patients with lower limbs perimeter over 3 cm, with Homans sign positive, with NRS over 3, with above-normal level of D-Dimer and with positive outcome of color ultrasound in the treatment group compared with that in the control group respectively(P0.05). Conclusion   Application of fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine may reduce the risk of lower extremity venous thrombosis in patients with orthopedic disease in lower limbs.
