延伸护理对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复的影响

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of extended nursing on rehabilitation of stroke patients complicated with dysphagia. Methods Eighty stroke patients complicated with dysphagia were selected and divided into routine group and extended group according to different nursing modes, 40 cases in each group. The routine group was given the conventional nursing and the extended group was given the extended nursing. The patient′s satisfaction degree toward nursing was compared between two groups. Results The satisfaction degree of extended group was 80%, which was significantly higher than 50% of routine group (P0.05). Conclusion For stroke patients complicated with dysphagia, the extended nursing can enhance the relation between hospital and community as well as family members, improve the patient′s satisfaction toward nursing.
