临床护理管理人员对医院开设感染课程的态度和建议

摘要

：Objective To understand the attitude and advice of clincial nursing administrators towards infectious curriculum set up by hospitals. Methods 〓The attitude and advice of clincial nursing administrators towards infectious curriculum set up by hospitals were surveyed by questionnaire method. Results 〓The effective recovery rate of questionnaire was 90.67%(136/150). All the respondents supported to set up hospital infectious curriculum for students, and agreed combination of hospital practice and theoretical learning. The content of infectious curriculum was highly recognized by clincial nursing administrators, with the average score more than 3 points. Conclusion 〓The schools should not only set up hospital infectious curriculum, but also increase the externship, especially in the aspects of aseptic technique, washing hands, sterilization, degassing, prevention and isolation of infectious disease as well as occupational protection.
