运动康复护理对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及生活质量的影响

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of exercisebased cardiac rehabilitation on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure (CHD). Methods A total of 100 CHD patients were divided into the routine group and exercise group, with 50 cases in each group. Both groups received general nursing care, and patients in exercise group were given exercisebased cardiac rehabilitation. The cardiac function and quality of life were assessed and compared between two groups after intervention. Results The overall effective rate of cardiac function was 82.00%(41/50) in the routine group and was 94%(47/50) in the exercise group, with a significant difference (P＜005). Patients in the exercise group achieved higher scores of motor ability, health status, mental status and selfmanagement ability compared with those in the routine group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Exercisebased cardiac rehabilitation in accordance with cardiac functional grading is effective to improve the cardiac function and quality of life in CHD patients.
