1例盆腹腔炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤患儿的围手术期护理

摘要

Abstract：Surgical resection is most basic and most effective treatment for inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor. Surgery operation causes huge damage to physical and psychological state of patients. This paper reviewed the clinical data of one pediatric patient with abdominal and pelvic inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor. Perioperative nursing interventions included preoperative preparation, postoperative psychological care, stoma care, dietary instruction and so on. The pediatric patient with poor physical and psychological conditions was recovered after receiving surgical resection and corresponding nursing measures.
