Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy of Six Thinking Hats thinking model in plan formation of nursing hierarchical training based on position level. Methods Totally 36 nurses from obstetrics department were assigned to the four groups based on position level(N3, N2, N1, N0), Nurses proposed suggestion on specialty training of by using Six Thinking Hats thinking model. Results After implementation of Six Thinking Hats thinking model in plan formation, the awareness rate of N2, N1 and N0 nurses on specialty nursing knowledge was increased from 70% in year 2015 to 85% in year 2016. The awareness rate of N3 nurses on core system was increased from 70% in year 2015 to 90% in year 2016. Conclusion Application of Six Thinking Hats may enhance the awareness on specialty nursing knowledge and core system in nurses with different position level.
