中西医结合延续护理对神经根型颈椎病患者的身心影响

Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the integrated Chinese and western continuing nursing on physiology and psychology of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods A total of 50 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing and discharge guidance, and the observation group was given integrated Chinese and western continuing nursing care. The physiological and psychological status of patients were evaluated by Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item (GAD-7), Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9) and short form36 health survey questionnaire (SF-36) at discharge, 6 months after, respectively. Results The score of GAD-7 and PHQ-9 in observation group was significantly decreased 6 months after discharge compared with those at discharge (P＜0.05，P＜0.01), and score of GAD-7 was lower in observation group than that in control group (P＜0.01). Outcomes of SF-36 in observation group were significantly increased in 6 months after discharge(P＜0.05，P＜0.01), in which the role physical (RP) and vitality (VT) were better improved compared with controls (P＜0.05, P＜0.01). Conclusion Integrated chinese and western continuing nursing is potentially effective to improve the physiological and psychological status of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy after discharge.
