：Restless legs syndrome(RLS)is a common sensory movement disorder of central nervous system, with discomforts in the legs as the major presentation. Drugs are usually used to treat RLS in clinic, but adverse reactions are severe. In recent years, non-drug therapies including traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapy, stimulation therapy and kinesitherapy have achieved good effects in the treatment of RLS. This article mainly reviewed RLS diagnosis, etiology and pathogenesis as well as non-drug therapies.
