：Emotional dissonance is a potential risk factor of mental disorders. The psychological nursing based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), an important part of TCM, is targeting on adjusting the unbalanced emotions by balancing Ying and Yang. This literature reviewed the theoretical basis, method classification, and clinical application of TCM psychological nursing, and explores its feasibility in mental health nursing.
