：Objective Totranslate the Pain Management Self-efficacy Questionnaire(PMSEQ)into Chinese, and to analyze its reliability and validity. Methods 〓Brisling cross-cultural adaptation method was used to localize the PMSEQ. The Chinese version of the questionnaire was used to investigate 230 oncology nurses in three hospitals in Guangzhou. SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results 〓The Chinese version of the PMSEQ retained all 21 original items. The content validity of each item was 0.875~1.000, and the total content validity was 0.970. Through exploratory factor analysis, 3 common factors could be extracted, the cumulative contribution rate was 71.432%; the correlation coefficient between factor and the total questionnaire was 0.694~0.834, and the r value betweeneachfactor was 0.471~0.518, both of which were statistically significant(P0.05). PMSEQand The nurses' pain assessment evidence-based nursing practice questionnaire was positively correlated, r value was 0.381~0.532, both were statistically significant(P0.05).The Cronbach's α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.901, and the retest correlation coefficient was 0.814. Conclusion 〓The Chinese version of the PMSEQ had good reliability and validity, and it may suitable for the pain management self-efficacy assessment among oncology nurses.
