摘要

Abstract:Objective To analyze the practice of role experience in the pre-job training of new nurses. Methods 〓The admission nursing service quality questionnaire was made. New nurses experienced admission nursing service quality as the patients' relatives, and found out the existing problems or disadvantages when their self-quality was improved. After that, the relevant analysis and summarization were made by the nursing department. Results 〓In their professional eyes and combining with their self-feelings, new nurses could found out the problems or disadvantages in the nursing work by varying degrees. Conclusion 〓Role experience can make new nurses feel the patients' feelings, transform and improve the service concept, recognize the importance of humanistic concern, and also find out the problems or disadvantages in the nursing work.
