运用PDCA循环管理规范病房管道标识

摘要

：Objective To investigate the application value of plan-do-check-act(PDCA)cycle management in regulation of label information of medical tubes and catheters. Methods 〓An evaluation on label information of medical tubes and catheters was conducted before the implementation of PDCA cycle(from June 2017 to July 2017). According to the PDCA cycle, potential reason influencing the label information of medical tubes and catheters were analyzed and corresponding measures were carried out. The label information was reassessed after the implementation of PDCA cycle(from November 2017 to December 2017). Results 〓Totally 534 cases(n=264 before PDCA cycle and n=270 after PDCA cycle)and of medical tubes and catheters were evaluated. The qualified rate of label information increased from 41.67%(110/264)before implementation of PDCA cycle to 85.19%(230/270)after implementation of PDCA cycle(P0.05). The occurrence of disqualified labels such as lack of information, nonstandard writing, unreadable notes were significant decreased after implementation of PDCA cycle(P0.01). Conclusion 〓The PDCA cycle is an effective tool to regulate the label information of medical tubes and catheters, reduce the occurrence of disqualified labels and improve the ward management.
