Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical nursing for patients with mental disorders induced by craniocerebral injury. Methods Thirty patients with mental disorders induced by craniocerebral injury were selected and randomly divided into experimental group (n=15) and control group (n=15). The control group was treated with conventional nursing, while the experimental group was treated with nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Nursing outcome was compared between two groups. Results After nursing, results of MOCA and MMSE were significantly better than those before treatment in both groups (P0.05), and results of MOCA and MMSE in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively treat patients with mental disorders induced by craniocerebral injury.
