摘要

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of programming management in the training of emergency capacity of nursing students. Methods 〓Totally 202 nursing students trained in The Second People's Hospital of Yichang from July to December 2016 were selected as control group, and 200 nursing students from January to July 2017 were as observation group. The control group was given traditional teaching training, while the observation group was added training of emergency knowledge and emergency plan based on control group. The condition of emergency capability after training was observed between two groups. Results 〓The number of students in observation group was more than that in control group regarding the grasp of 10 emergency capabilities, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation, wound dressing, hemostasis and fixation, transfer of injured patients, burn and first aid, and so on, there was statistical significance(P0.01). Conclusion 〓The programming management in the training of emergency capacity of nursing students can effectively improve the rapid reaction and emergency capabilities so as to improve the rescued level of patients with severe acute disease.
机译:摘要:目的探讨程序化管理在护理学生应急能力培养中的作用。方法〓选取2016年7月至2016年12月在宜昌市第二人民医院接受培训的护理学学生202例作为对照组,观察2017年1月至2017年7月的200名护理学学生作为对照组。对照组接受了传统的教学培训,观察组则在对照组的基础上增加了应急知识和应急预案的培训。观察两组之间训练后的应急能力状况。结果〓就心肺复苏,创面包扎,止血固定治疗,伤员转移,烧伤和急救等十项应急能力的掌握情况而言,观察组的学生人数比对照组多。具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论〓护理学生应急能力培训中的程序化管理可以有效提高急救人员的快速反应和应急能力,提高重症急性病患者的抢救水平。
