摘要

Abstract:As indispensible professional technical force in hospitals, the nurses have stronger capability of knowledge acquisition, integration and application. Abusive supervision, a typical negative management method in destructive leadership behaviors, exerts a negative effect on the collectivity and subordinate staff. The subordinate nurses who are perceptive to abusive supervision may manifest job burnout, consequently leading to demission. In this article, abusive supervision, turnover intention of nurses and their correlation were illustrated briefly in order to provide some references for decreasing the abusive supervision of nurse managers and turnover intention of nurses.
