Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of electronic moxibustion combined with music therapy on cancer-related fatigue in patients with lung cancer. Methods 〓Totally 80 lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were assigned to the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in both two groups received routine care during chemotherapy, and those in the observation group were given electronic moxibustion combined with music therapy. The intervention outcome was evaluated by the revised Piper Fatigue Scale(PFS-R). Results 〓The PFS-R score was(4.38±0.62)in the observation group and was(4.85±0.82)in the control group(P0.01). Conclusion 〓The electronic moxibustion combined with music therapy is potentially effective to relieve the cancer-related fatigue.
