Abstract:Objective To explore allocation of nursing staffing for blood service based on the current workflow, workload and patients queuing in blood collection room, so as to provide reference for the administrators of the hospital and colleagues concerned. Methods 〓The study adopted survey method and working hours measurement to calculate the nursing staff and blood service.Results 〓The average working hours and blood service in blood collection room were accurately calculated. Conclusion 〓The allocation of nursing staff for blood service can be arranged according to the working hour measurement, for the purpose of dynamic management.
