集束化护理在重症胰腺炎患者中的应用

摘要

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of cluster bundled nursing intervention for patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 60 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 cases in each group. Both two groups received routing nursing care during treatment, and the cluster bundled nursing intervention was performed in the observation group. The treatment effect and quality of life at three months after treatment were compared between two groups. Results there was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between two groups(P0.05). Patients in observation group achieved higher score in each dimension of 36-Item Short Form Health Survey compared with those in the control group at three months after treatment(P0.05). Conclusion Cluster bundled nursing intervention is potentially effective to improve the quality of life in patients with severe acute pancreatitis.
