摘要

:Objective To explore the effect of health education of falls prevention by using reinforced teach-back method on relevant knowledge level and incidence rate of falls among long-term hospitalized patients in a certain psychiatric hospital. Methods 〓Totally 48 patients from two rehabilitation wards were divided into the study group(n=24)and the control group(n=24). In the control group, primary nurses provided health education for patients weekly according to the original health education plan of falls prevention. In the study group, health education was carried out by using the reinforced teach-back method. The level of relevant knowledge and skills about falls and the incidence rate of falls between June 2017 and December 2017 were assessed and compared between two groups. Result 〓There was 1 patient in the control group lost to follow-up due to change of illness condition. The score of relevant knowledge and skills assessment in study group were significantly higher than that in control group(P0.01). The incidence of falls in the study group was lower than that in the control group(0 vs. 8.70%). Conclusion Health education of falls prevention by using reinforced teach-back method can help long-term hospitalized psychopath master relevant knowledge and skills, and reduce risl of fall injury events.
机译::目的探讨强化回授法对某家精神病医院长期住院患者跌倒相关知识水平和跌倒发生率的影响,开展健康预防跌倒教育。方法〓将两个康复病房共48例患者分为研究组(n = 24)和对照组(n = 24)。在对照组中,初级护士根据预防跌倒的原始健康教育计划,每周为患者提供健康教育。在研究组中,健康教育是通过使用强化的回授方法进行的。评估并比较了2017年6月至2017年12月之间跌倒的相关知识和技能水平以及跌倒发生率。结果〓对照组中有1名患者因病情变化而失去随访。研究组相关知识和技能评估得分明显高于对照组(P <0.01)。研究组跌倒发生率低于对照组(0比8.70%)。结论采用强化示教法预防跌倒的健康教育有助于长期住院精神病患者掌握相关知识和技能,减少跌倒伤害事件的发生。
