预见性护理干预在颈椎前路减压融合术围手术期中的应用

摘要

：Objective To explore the application efficacy of preventive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of anterior cervical discectomy and fusion(ACDF). Methods 〓A total of 32 patients undergoing ACDF were divided into observation group(n=16)and control group(n=16). The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given preventive nursing. The Japanese orthopeadic association score(JOA score), hospital stays and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results 〓After intervention, JOA scores of two groups were superior to those before intervention, and the improvement degree of observation group were more significant(P0.05). When compared with control group, the hospital stays were markedly shorter(P0.05), and the incidence of postoperative complications were slightly lower in observation group(P0.05). Conclusion 〓Preventive nursing intervention is conductive to accelerating the postoperative recovery and decreasing the incidence of postoperative complications in the patients undergoing ACDF.
