Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing during perioperative period for patients undergoing posterior cervical laminoplasty and ARCH titanium plate internal fixation. Methods The clinical data of 36 patients with cervical spinal stenosis treated by posterior cervical laminoplasty and ARCH titanium plate fixation were retrospectively analyzed, The patients were given high quality nursing care during the perioperative period, and the clinical efficacy and follow-up conditions of patients were analyzed. Results In this study, 36 patients underwent cervical spinal stenosis successfully, the operation time was(142.65 + 20.73)min and the intraoperative bleeding volume was(415.80 + 35.74)mL. There were no complications observed after the operation. The patients were followed up for 6 months after discharge. All patients underwent imaging examination without any “closed door” phenomenon, and all patients recovered well. Conclusion Application of high quality care can ensure the success of the operation and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
