同质化护理模式在直肠癌行Miles术患者中的应用

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of homogeneity nursing model in colorectal cancer patients undergoing Miles’ operation. Methods A total of colorectal cancer patients undergoing Miles’ operation were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 43 cases in each group. Both two groups received routing nursing care, and the study group was given homogeneity nursing model-based intervention. The recovery of gastrointestinal function, knowledge level of enterostomal nursing and satisfaction degree to nursing service was compared between two groups. Results Patients in the study group had earlier exhaust time, earlier defecating time and shorter length of postoperative stay compared with those in the control group(P0.01). Patients in the study group were more knowledgeable on intestinal stoma evaluation, ostomy appliance selection, progress of nursing and complications assessment compared with those in the control group(P0.01). Score of each dimension of nursing satisfaction were higher in the study group than those of controls, with significant difference(P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusion Application of homogeneity nursing model is potentially effective to improve the rehabilitation of gastrointestinal function and improve the knowledge level of enterostomal nursing in colorectal cancer patients undergoing Miles’ operation.
