康复训练对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者运动能力及生活质量的影响

摘要

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effects of rehabilitation training on motor ability and quality of life in patients after percutaneous coronary interventional(PCI)therapy. Methods 〓Totally 49 patients after PCI were randomly divided into rehabilitation training group(n=24)and the control group(n=25). Both two groups received comprehensive treatment and routine health education, and the rehabilitation training group received aerobic exercise training for 8 weeks(3 times a week, 60 minutes each time). Both two groups of patients received ECG exercise test, 6-minute walking test(6MWD)and Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)assessment before and after treatment. Results 〓After 8 weeks’ intervention, the maximum exercise intensity, maximal exercise time and 6MWD of control group were not significantly improved than those before intervention(P0.05), In terms of SAQ evaluation,only angina frequency(AF)and cognition degree of sickness(DS)of patients in the control group were improved than those before(P0.05).The outcome of assessment above in rehabilitation training group were all improved than those before(P0.05), and better than those of the control group except AF(P0.05). Conclusion 〓Cardiac rehabilitation training can improve motor ability of patients after PCI therapy and improve their quality of life.
