Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of postoperative staged nursing on postoperative recovery of hip joint function in patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods A total of 105 patients with femoral neck fracture surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Both groups were treated with routine postoperative nursing, and the observation group was treated with additional staged nursing. Recovery of hip joint function and daily living ability (ADL) after 6 months were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the recovery of hip joint function and ADL score increased obviously, and the increasing degree of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Postoperative staged nursing can significantly improve the ability of daily life and hip joint function in patients with femoral neck fracture.
