INTEGRATED CRITERIA APPLICATION TO ENSURE INDUSTRIAL SAFETY OPERATION OF CABLE LINES

In the petrochemical and oil and gas industry, the failure of cable lines can lead to accidents, accompanied by significant economic and environmental damage. To ensure uninterrupted operation of production power supply systems, diagnostics of the reliability of cable lines is necessary. Values of diagnostic parameters of the limit level of damage to cable lines were established experimentally. A study of the relationship between the technical condition of the cable line and the values of diagnostic parameters was held. Integral criteria for determining the technical condition of cable lines in industrial conditions are proposed. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of their use, there has been developed an algorithm that allows switching to a system of technical service and repair of cable lines in accordance with the actual technical condition. In the course of the experimental study, it was confirmed that a change in the measured values of the cable line occurs, the transfer function was determined, which mathematically accurately describes the state of the cable line. The use of an integral criterion allows to create recommendations about the timing, as well as the order of maintenance of cable lines, based on an assessment of their technical condition.
