RESEARCH ON RISK SHARING OF PPP+EPC SEWAGE TREATM ENT PROJECT BASED ON BARGAINING GAME MODE

摘要

In this paper, risk preference analysis and bargaining game are applied to establish PPP + EPC sewage treatment project risk sharing game mode, and a project risk sharing scheme based on government departments, general contractors and financial institutions is obtained. Based on the construction of one of the complex projects in city A, the applicability of risk sharing mode is empirically analyzed, and corresponding risk prevention suggestions are put forward to provide reference for risk management of PPP+EPC sewage treatment project.
