17th Lo?inj Days of Bioethics

The 17th international scientific and cultural event Lo?inj Days of Bioethics was organized by the Croatian Philosophical Society, Croatian Bioethics Society and the City of Mali Lo?inj, and co-organized by the Centre of Excellence for Integrative Bioethics. The manifestation was held from May 20th – May 23rd, 2018 in Mali Lo?inj, Croatia. This year’s Student Bioethics Workshop, organized by the Philosophy Students Association of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Zagreb, and co-organised by the Department of Philosophy of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Zagreb, focused on “Bioethics and Mass Media”. The patrons of the 17th Lo?inj Days of Bioethics were the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports of the Republic of Croatia and Primorje-Gorski Kotar County. The Organisation Committee of the Lo?inj Days of Bioethics included the President Ante ?ovi? (Zagreb), Chief Secretary Hrvoje Juri? (Zagreb), Administrative Secretary Mira Matijevi? (Zagreb) and 68 members. The organisation team of the Student Bioethics Workshop included Boris Su?nik Bolt, Dora Bukovac, Tamara Dra?kovi?, Buga Kran?eli?, Lena Kuzmanovi?, David Marti?, Kristian Peter, Roni Rengel, Bernard ?poljari?, and Maja Veji?.
