The recent derivation of an exact integer partition function (IPF) is related to agenerating function for strings which compose the states of a black hole. Quantum gravity stateshave representations as modular functions for exception algebras. The SLOCC group for theaccounting of these states is a quotient group on the Jordan matrix algebra. Quantum gravityis then described by a set of symmetries which act as quantum Golay codes. The emulation ofquantum gravity in n-partite entanglements is then a technology for quantum computing andencryption.
