Reasoned opinion of EFSA: Modification of the existing MRLs for propiconazole in table and wine grapes, apples and stone fruits (apricots, peaches and nectarines)

According to Article 6 of the Commission Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, Finland, herewith referredas the evaluating Member State (EMS), received an application from Makhteshim Agan Internationalto modify the existing MRLs for the active substance propiconazole in table and wine grapes. In orderto accommodate for the intended use of propiconazole, it is proposed to raise the current MRL from0.05 mg/kg, equivalent to limit of quantification (LOQ), to 0.3 mg/kg. Finland drafted an evaluationreport according to Article 8 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, which was submitted tothe European Commission and forwarded to EFSA on 3 May 2010.
