摘要

The manufacturing processes of the electric servomotors are processes that are subject to continuous improvementby applying the requirements of the international standards, related to the safety of use, as well as to theincreasingly applied requirements of the users. During this period, the electric servomotor manufacturers are inthe process of redesigning the manufacturing processes for adapting to the new editions of the quality andenvironmental management standards. The main novelties of the 2015 edition of the Quality and EnvironmentalManagement System Standards refer to determining the context in which the organization carries out its processes,as well as addressing risk-based thinking. Determining the organizational context means conducting an analysis ofthe influence of the external environment on the internal environment of the organization and on the processes,that take place here, taking into account the interests of the stakeholders towards the firm. Risk is defined as theeffect of uncertainty in relation to the expected result. The Organization must have an "actions plan of risks andopportunities treatment", so to create the proactive component of quality and environment management system.
