In the title compound, C25H22N2O2S, the methylphenyl rings are oriented with a dihedral angle of 19.4 (1) with respect to each other. In the crystal, molecules are linked via strong N—HO hydrogen bonds, which form C(11) chains propagating along [001]. In addition, weak C—HO and C—H interactions are observed in the structure.
