Contractual Theory of the Firm in the Foreshortening Energy Consumption and Energy Efficiency

摘要

The paper drew attention to the need to improve the contract theory of firms based on the use of energy resources. According to the authors, the cost of using energy resources significantly affects the behavior of the company's management. Also, the work singles out energy service contracts and contracts used in its activities, determines the stages of the conclusion of an energy service contract, approaches to determining the effectiveness of energy service contracts and contracts. Examples of the use of the model of guaranteed economy and division of income from savings in the market of energy service services are given. The methods used in the study are based on the use of general philosophical and applied methods of analysis, as well as maximum consideration of theoretical and empirical data.
