Inthis th esis we p ropose a GSM based telemetry system .It has been proved as boon for both doctors and patients. Patien tscan remain at home and en joy family life while doctor can also examined data of ECG and temperature of the patient everyone hour in h is/her mobile ph one via messages .Th e values of ECG and temperature in mille volts and temp eratu re respectively.Data will be transmitted anywherearou nd the globe where th ere is 2G network coverage.
