摘要

Based on graphene and Co3O4 nanocomposite (GP-Co3O4), a novel tyrosinase biosensor is constructedfor rapid determining catechol. The results demonstrated that GP-Co3O4 modified tyrosinase biosensorpossessed fantastic advantages over tyrosinase biosensor in sensitivity and limit of detection (LOD).This might be ascribed to the large specific surface area of graphene and spongy Co3O4. The GP- Co3O4 modified tyrosinase biosensor showed superb analytical performances, such as a linear range-1 -1 -2 -1 from 1 to 30 mol L , LOD of 30 nmol L , and sensitivity of 1856.8 mA cm M . The tyrosinasebiosensor was successfully utilized for detecting catechol, and proved to be a potential and reliablemethod for analysis emergency affairs of catechol on-site.
