A novel modified reduced graphene oxide (RGO)/chitosan (CS) on a glassy carbon electrode for thedetermination of dimethylvinphos (2-chloro-1-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)vinyl dimethyl phosphate) andnaftalofos (O,O-Diethyl-N-hydroxynaphthalimide phosphate) has been developed. The modifiedRGO/CS/GCE film was studied by cyclic voltammetry, square wave voltammetry and transmissionelectron microscopy. The effects of deposition potential, deposition time, scan rate, square wavefrequency and pulse amplitude were examined to optimize the conditions of square wave voltammetry.-1 The RGO/CS/GCE was well accomplished and determined in the range of 0.050.0 g L fordimethylvinphos and naftalofos. The detection of limit (3Sb/S) was calculated and found to be 0.036-1 -1 mg L for dimethylvinphos and 0.044 mg L for naftalofos with RGO/CS/GCE. The proposed sensorwas successfully applied to food and environmental samples.
