Christopher Staecker, Topology and itsApplications, Volume 154, Issue 9, 1 May 2007, Pages 1961-1970 (accessed viahttp://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0166864107000995) and for thisreason is retracted from the International Journal of Contemporary MathematicalSciences.
