Introduction: Since there are few studies in Khuzestan province in the context of predisposing factors for the creation of cancer under the age of 35, therefore, the present study was done with the aim of determining Some predisposing factors affecting cancer under the age of 35. Materials and Methods: This study was conducted in 2721 cases of patients with various types of cancer Under the age of 35 hospitalized in Ahvaz Shafa hospital which has been studied for 6 years from 2011 to 2016 by examining the medical records of the hospital. Data was then entered into SPSS version 18 and were analyzed using descriptive, analytical statistics tests. Results: The study included 2721 individuals with different types of cancer with an average age of 24.31±22.56 years. In this study, the highest frequency of cancer under the age of 20 years, related to leukemia with 256 patients (32.7%). And the highest frequency of cancer in people between the ages of 20 and 35, related to gastrointestinal cancer with 658 patients (33.9%). In this study, 4.5% of children with leukemia had their parents smoking or narcotic drugs.3.6 percent of children with this cancer, their mother had a history of taking birth control pills before birth of their baby in this study, there was a significant association between bone cancer and smoking (p = 0.009). This means that patients who were smoking, more was Suffered with bone cancer. Conclusion: Considering that in this study, the highest frequency of 20 years old cancer was related to leukemia, and the highest frequency of cancer in people aged 20 to 35 was gastrointestinal cancer, also taking contraceptive pill before the birth of their baby and smoothing or drug abuse by the children's parents had a very important role in children's leukemia, Also, alcohol consumption was a risk factor for cancer.
