Detección de enfermedad causada por Fusarium oxysporum en jitomate cultivado en invernadero

The detection of diseases at an early stage in the tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) into greenhouses is one of the main problems faced by tomato growers, causing a loss of production. This research focuses on the development of detection system at that stage, of an illness caused by the fungus (Fusarium oxysporum) in the tomato plant in Pachuca’s greenhouses. The method consist in taking a thermal image of the stem to determine if the plant is healthy. A data base with the thermal images of the stems was conformed, with results of identification of diseased plants of 92.45% and of healthy plants of 94.41%.
