The outcome of clavicular hook plate fixation for acromioclavicular dislocation associated with coracoid process fracture

Background: Acromioclavicular joint dislocation associated with coracoid process fracture is a rare injury. There were only several cases reported. Treatments were different in each case. Both conservative and surgical treatments were chose for this injury. We treated 6 patients with acromioclavicular dislocation associated with coracoid process fracture using clavicular hook plate. The aim of this article was to investigate the outcome of this treatment for acromioclavicular dislocation associated with coracoid process fracture.
