The Role of Cognitive Dysfunction and Behavioral Activation System on Life Quality Life of Employees in Iran

The role of cognitive dysfunction and Behavioral ActivationSystem on the quality of life of employees has been tried tounderstand. In this study, we considered all the employeesof Azad University of Bandar Abbas working in the year 2016as subject. Using simple random sampling method, 90employees of Azad University, Bandar Abbas were selectedand data were collected by using Cognitive dysfunction,behavioral activation system and quality of lifequestionnaires. Obtained data were analyzed by usingPearson correlation coeff icient and using SPSS software andthe result revealed a signif icant and negative relationshipbetween the quality of life with cognitive dysfunctions,including distraction, memory problems, unintentionalmistakes and inability to memorize the names.Nevertheless, a signif icant and positive relationshipbetween these cases and Behavioral Activation System hasalso been evidenced. Our results concluded that cognitivedysfunction and Behavioral Activation System are factorsthat affecting the quality of life.
