Healthy sex is the basic need for the human being andconstant interruption in it due to some chronic illness mightend up the martial relationship. This study was aimed tocompare the relationship between couple burnout, sexualassertiveness, and sexual dysfunctional beliefs in womenwith hypertensive and non-hypertensive husbands. Thesurvey was conducted in the internal clinic, Jahromuniversity of medical sciences. Total 200 participants haveincluded out of which 100 women were with hypertensivehusbands and the others were with non-hypertensivehusbands. Data were collected through demographiccharacteristics’ questionnaire; couple burnout Measure,Hulbert index of sexual assertiveness and sexualdysfunctional beliefs Questionnaire. The proper statisticalanalysis was applied to evaluate the differences between 2groups. Results concluded to one of the most importantfactors which contort and increases couple burnout are thewrong sexual beliefs regarding sexual function and sexualdecisive in women regarding their husbands’ sexualdysfunction.
