This paper deals with organizational control as a system and with the maindifficulties associated with this conception. It has three parts: an analysis of thedefinition of organizational control, the description of the basic structures of thecontrol system, and the explanation of the systemic, behavioral and politicalbarriers that hamper integral understanding of organizational control.
