Ebstein’s Anomaly of the Tricuspid Valve is rare and comprises less than one percent of all congenital heart defects.1 It was first described by Wilhelm Ebstein in 1866 during the autopsy of a 19-year-old who had had palpitations and dyspnea since childhood.
