摘要

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of two commercial primers and distrilled water on the morphology, molecular composition and collagen conformation of acid-demineralized entin in situ. Methods: Dentin specimens etched with Scotchbond Etchant were imaged by tapping mode AFM and analyzed by MIR-FTIR spectro- Scopy. They were then primed with Scotch bond Multi-Purpose Plus Primer, scotch bond 1 adhesive or distilled water and image and Analyzed again.
