Panel members shared their personal experiences and insights on leadership, and proved that individuals who are just starting out in a career of logistics or transportation can take proactive steps to be successful. Several issues were key to all of their presentations: 1.Be flexible to meet unexpected challenges 2.Teach others to help themselves 3.Consider die culture of those you lead 4.Communicate and provide feedback 5.Empower individuals to get the job done.
