Testing times

In May 2009, Colonel John Abbott, Team Leader of the Deployable Support and Test Equipment (DS&TE) Team, gave a presentation on the procurement and support of test equipment within the MoD, during which he described the policy direction of DS&TE in providing tri-service test capabilities. One of the main aims of his team, the Colonel said, would be to encourage the development of a common core of reconfigurable automated test systems, and to increase the utility of the test platform.
