Collaborative projects are a cornerstone of good military procurement, with experts from various fields working together to create the best and safest technology for operational requirements. However, the scale and technicality of some projects and the geographical distance between expert companies is often a stumbling block, and it can be a challenge to initiate collaboration, particularly for those new to the military field. Thankfully, MoD-organised events allow for multinational networking and discussion of techniques and challenges, bringing together the highest military personnel and those creating the technology itself to create future partnerships that can revolutionise the industry.
