Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) both play a vital role in the way Niteworks delivers value to the UK MoD. Spencer Woodford, Director of Burchelli Consulting, briefly discusses the role of SMEs within Niteworks and proposes that they should form an integral component of other nations' formative equivalent decision support organisations.
