What do you think are the biggest chal-lenges facing leaders to-day? To be successful in today's work environment, a leader needs to be able to maneuver the organization through change and ambiguity and to be able to excel in a dynamic environment. In such a situation, it is important for the business to do well, for talent to remain in the organization and to also grows or right-size the business as the opportunity arises, at the same time as managing various stakeholder expectations. It is also important to internalize goals and then work directly with the stakeholders to deliver effectively, hence, making it imperative for businesses to leverage core competencies in formulating viable strategies and creating new business models. It is crucial to lead in- ternal transformations for sustainable growth and business success.
