FoodTech is back on the Danish mainland, and 280 exhibitors and organisers are gearing up to welcome around 8,300 visitors to Jutland for the showcase of innovations in the Scandinavian and European markets. It promises to be a few days filled with innovations from all sectors of the food industry, and where dairy will have a starring role. John Dorr Jensen, the project director at the bi-annual FoodTech event, notes that there are three main events, in addition to the exhibition. One of the most prestigious is the EHEDG World Congress on Hygienic Engineering & Design, which is organised by the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group, one of the leading organisations in the field.
